Introduction to the working principle of the customized Plasma cutting torch

The customized Plasma cutting torch are the process of cutting conductive materials through an accelerated stream of hot plasma. The basic process of cutting and welding with a Plasma cutting torch is to create an electrical path of superheated ionized gas (i.e. plasma) from the plasma cutter itself through the workpiece to be cut, creating a complete circuit back to the plasma

customized Plasma cutting torchThe customized Plasma cutting torch cut through compressed gas (oxygen, air, inert and other gases depending on the material being cut). The gas is blown towards the workpiece at high speed through the focusing nozzle of the Plasma cutting torch. In the gas, an arc forms between the electrode near the gas nozzle of the customized Plasma cutting torch and the workpiece itself.

The arc formed by the Plasma cutting torch then ionizes a portion of the gas and creates a conductive plasma channel. When the current from the customized Plasma cutting torch flows through the plasma, it emits enough heat to melt through the workpiece. At the same time, many high-speed plasmas and compressed gases blow away the hot molten metal, thereby separating the workpieces.
